Responsibilities

  • Customer & Demand Management: Gather and document automotive MNO traffic needs, translating them into actionable internal specifications for procurement and pricing
  • Supplier & Procurement: Source, evaluate, and negotiate with traffic package suppliers to ensure cost-effective, timely, and high-quality delivery. Maintain strong vendor partnerships
  • Pricing & Solution Development: Develop competitive pricing proposals and flexible models (volume-based, monthly packages) tailored to automotive clients. Present proposals and address customer feedback
  • Generate accurate invoices based on contracts, purchase orders, and service records. Verify billing data, reconcile discrepancies, and manage accounts receivable follow-up. Support month-end/year-end closings and audit requirements
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor key metrics (traffic usage, costs, billing accuracy, profit margins) and provide actionable insights to optimize processes and pricing strategies

Profile

  • Education: Diploma/Associate degree minimum; Bachelor’s preferred in Telecommunications or related field
  • Experience: in telecommunications, MNO operations, or financial/billing roles; automotive sector experience is a plus
  • Skills: Strong numerical, analytical, and Excel skills. Understanding of MNO traffic products, procurement workflows, pricing, and billing operations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, results-driven, and able to collaborate in cross-functional international teams. Chinese language proficiency is a plus
