My duties
  • Support Talent Acquisition activities in arranging interviews and commodities for candidates
  • Drive interviews with business leaders
  • Prepare offers and work of employment
  • On boarding of new employees, follow-up on first 90 day reviews and completion of trial periods
  • Active participation to HR projects
  • Support training activities
  • Communication to employees
  • Update of handbooks
  • Calculation of HR KPIs
  • Management of HR administration such as accidents and allowances
  • Supporting payroll activities: amendment, salary increase, promotion
  • Preparation of work certificates in French and English
  • Enter and register any data changes in HR tools like Workday and Cornerstone
  • Administrative tasks like preparing certificates, letters, work permit, sick leaves
My qualifications
  • Previous similar experience in an HR department
  • Proficiency in English and French, German an asset
  • Really strong organizational capabilities and ability to communicate efficiently
  • Decision making consistent with company values and personal integrity
  • Discrete management of information
  • Proactively work with other team members
  • Prioritize activities for the best interest of the team when working on joint projects
  • Openly share new ideas and information with other team members.
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Detail and process oriented capacities an absolute must
