My duties
  • Support the HR Business Partner in the management, communication and streamlining of People practices (e.g. Performance Management, Compensation, Succession and Talent Management)
  • Interactions with line managers and employees in order to provide information on the processes and activities carried out in HR
  • Responsible for administrative tasks
  • Support of various projects and initiatives
  • Management of databases and HR analytics
  • Support in the identification of process improvement opportunities in the HR Business Partnering area
My qualifications
  • University degree and further education in HR is an advantage
  • Previous professional experience in Human Resources and/or in a global, challenging environment
  • Strong Microsoft office skills (especially Excel and Power Point)
  • Fluency in English, German speaking skills beneficial
