My duties
  • Advise management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues, communicates and collaborates closely with the respective HR Business Partner throughout the process
  • Partner with internal and external employment law counsel as appropriate
  • Work collaboratively to ensure consistent application and interpretation of company policies and contracts
  • Interact with employees, the designated union representatives and/or Works Council to build a positive rapport and foster a collegial and collaborative working environment
  • Support/lead efforts towards organizational design in different layers of the organization
  • Participate in the deployment of global change management projects for HR and Business excellence
  • Lead talent and development efforts to support the functional or country specific needs
  • Provide employees and managers with coaching for development and insights towards development action of talent pipeline
  • Provide insights and enables employee survey action plans through the organization to continue to sustain our collaborative, global and dynamic work environment
My qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, Business or related field is essential
  • HR Professional Certification preferred
  • In-depth experience as a HR Business Partner (Generalist) working in a dynamic, global and matrix organization
  • Experience managing diverse client groups in different functions/locations
  • Ability to proactively develop and implement effective Change management plans for key HR and business initiatives
