The «Share Your Network» referral programme gives you the opportunity to recommend individuals from your private or professional network to Hays. If your recommendation leads to a successful placement, you will receive a reward of CHF 500 gross.

What is the process
for submitting a referral?

The procedure is clearly structured and designed to be as simple as possible for you. We keep you transparently informed at all times and ensure a smooth process, should an opportunity arise for your referral.

Our business contact Lisa recommends Hays to her friend Emir.
Number 2
Submit the form

Emir applies to Hays based on her recommendation and names Lisa as the referring person in his application.

Number 3
Start the job
Emir is placed by Hays and starts a project assignment with one of our client companies.
Number 4
Receive the referral bonus
Lisa receives a CHF 500.– referral bonus.
*The recommended person must not already be known to Hays. Placement and the start of a project assignment with one of our client companies must occur within six months of the referral. The payment amounts to CHF 500.– gross and will be issued after the referred person completes their first project month. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the campaign at any time.
