Advisory Consultant (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Support the Advisory Manager in delivering OIG advisory projects aligned with the annual workplan
- Develop and refine decision-making options, recommendations and implementable action plans
- Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses and synthesize findings into fact-based insights
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports and briefing materials for senior stakeholders
- Support the presentation of analyses and insights through oral briefings and written deliverables
- Apply best-practice project management methodologies to ensure timely delivery
- Facilitate collaboration and buy-in from key stakeholders across functions and seniority levels
- Contribute subject-matter expertise and best-practice approaches to problem solving
- Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary and multicultural teams
- Perform additional tasks as required to ensure successful delivery of advisory engagements
Profile
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related field
- Solid experience in management consulting or strategy roles within international organizations
- Strong project management skills with a proven ability to deliver under tight deadlines
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management at operational and management levels
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to produce high-quality documents for senior audiences
- Experience working in multicultural and international environments
- Fluent English required; working knowledge of French is an asset
