Responsibilities

  • Works closely with the Manager, Lead, and Senior Associates of Leadership, Planning and Delivery to define, structure, and implement key transformational and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with organizational priorities
  • Applies leading practice methodologies to diagnose issues, prioritize analyses, and translate data into actionable insights and solutions
  • Analyses and synthesizes complex and disparate information to generate fact-based insights supporting decision-making
  • Actively drives the delivery of assigned priorities and projects, ensuring alignment with Secretariat objectives
  • Monitors project progress, performance, quality, and risks, proactively addressing issues to drive results
  • Applies change management principles to support effective, sustainable, and scalable implementation of priority initiatives
  • Builds strong, trust-based relationships with senior management and teams across the Secretariat to enable collaboration and coordinated delivery
  • Coordinates information sharing and stakeholder engagement to ensure shared understanding of delivery paths and dependencies
  • Prepares high-quality briefing and presentation materials for senior leadership forums, including executive committees and department heads
  • Contributes to a high-performing, continuously improving team culture, remaining flexible and responsive to emerging priorities and ad-hoc requests

Profile

  • University degree in Business Administration, International Development, Public Policy, Global Health, or a related field
  • Experience and/or qualifications in business process improvement and organizational change
  • Solid understanding and practical application of project management principles in multicultural and international public/private organizational settings
  • Relevant experience in strategy, performance and process management, and project delivery
  • Demonstrated change management expertise, delivering impactful initiatives with minimal organizational disruptio
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within tight timelines and across disciplines
  • Strong stakeholder management experience at both operational and management levels
  • Significant experience preparing high-quality, professional documentation and materials for senior and executive audiences
  • Experience working in multicultural and international environments, including exposure to LMICs and Global Fund–supported contexts
  • Solid experience in transformation, organizational effectiveness, strategy and/or performance improvement, including strategy consulting and executive support exposure
