Biotechnologist (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Execute general cleaning activities in GMP-regulated cleanroom environments
- Disinfect materials prior to cleanroom entry to secure sterile production conditions
- Compile and maintain GMP documentation related to cleaning and operational procedures
- Collaborate closely with the manufacturing team to support daily production needs
- Ensure each batch is produced safely, on time, and in full compliance with batch instructions and quality requirements
- Perform training activities for relevant operational areas and support colleagues and new joiners
- Operate, set up and clean production facilities, equipment and premises used for liquid and freeze-dried drug product manufacturing (including parts washing, autoclaving, filter integrity testing, visual inspection)
Profile
- First experience in a GMP-regulated environment
- Fluency in English or German, ideally both
- Solid understanding of GMP requirements, quality procedures and SOP execution
- Strong team orientation and willingness to collaborate across functions
- Effective communication skills with diverse internal interfaces
- Structured, focused and well-organized working approach
- High motivation, proactive mindset and strong drive
- Basic IT knowledge is an advantage
