Change Manager (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Lead UAT planning, execution, and issue management across multiple countries
- Communicate product capabilities and rollout plans to global stakeholders
- Collect, structure, and present testing feedback for product enhancements
- Support countries in integrating the tool into existing processes
- Develop and deliver training materials (videos, guides) and conduct training sessions
- Create communication materials for rollout phases
- Monitor usage, drive adoption, and engage local networks
- Gather evidence and articulate business benefits for stakeholders
Profile
- Solid experience as a Change Manager in global transformation programs
- Proven experience managing UAT for software rollouts across countries
- Background in commercial insurance or financial services
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills in a virtual environment
- Ability to design and execute change, communication, and training strategies
- High proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an added benefit
