Production Operator (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Perform assignments across various functions within production facilities while following all safety regulations and cGMP requirements
- Identify, interpret, and resolve deviations in production processes
- Execute production steps including documentation and necessary calculations
- Support the onboarding and training of new team members
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production workflows
- Contribute to continuous improvement activities within the production environment
Profile
- Completed education in chemistry, biopharmaceutical sciences, or a related technical field
- Professional experience in pharmaceutical production as an operator, production technician, or similar role
- Strong safety mindset and adherence to regulatory standards
- Solid knowledge of process engineering principles
- Fluent English skills
- German language skills are an advantage
- Ability to work in a structured, reliable, and detail-oriented manner
- Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on mentality
