Senior HR Transformation Consultant 60-80% - immediately (m/f/d)

- We are immediately seeking a Senior HR Transformation Consultant for approximately 60-80% for an HR transformation and restructuring project. This position will be instrumental in driving the HR transformation plan, with a primary focus on workforce restructuring. The role will ensure all programme workstreams aligned and that execution is smooth and fully compliant with Swiss laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Workforce Restructuring and Organizational Design: Lead and support restructuring activities, including role harmonization, organizational redesign and processes related to potential layoffs
- Integration Planning and Execution: Support the design and execution of the HR transformation roadmap, working closely with local stakeholders to deliver business objectives
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, enabling effective decision-making, influencing decisions and ensuring smooth collaboration
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant employment regulations and internal governance throughout the change programme
- Organizational Design: Confirm and deliver organizational structure changes in line with agreed approach
Profile
- Extensive HR leadership experience in Switzerland, with deep knowledge of local employment laws and regulations
- Knowledge of relevant Swiss labour laws such as OR Art. 335d-335h, Art. 335i and further related regulations
- Proven track record in HR transformation and integration projects, ideally within complex, multinational environments
- Strong project and programme management skills to work within specific timeframes
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior levels
- Substantial communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to flex between strategic and operational levels, with a hands-on approach
