User Experience Designer (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Execution of the entire UX design process throughout the product lifecycle
- Discovery & Analysis: Clarifying requirements, formulating hypotheses, identifying user needs and pain points
- Concept & Interaction: Creating user flows, information architecture, wireframes, and prototypes (from low to high fidelity)
- Validation & Iteration: Preparing and conducting usability tests, deriving insights, and iteratively improving the designs
- Documentation & Handover: Documenting design decisions and handing over to development
- Ensuring quality and consistency by working with the design system and contributing to the further development of design system components and best practices
- Close collaboration with Product Owners, Research, Development, and stakeholders
Profile
- Solid experience in UX design with end-to-end responsibility (from discovery to handover
- Strong knowledge in user research, usability testing, and iterative design
- Proficient in wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Axure)
- Experience working with design systems
- Ability to create information architecture, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working in cross-functional teams
- English proficiency (German skills are an advantage)
