Biospecimen Senior Specialist (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Lead biospecimen acquisition processes including vendor negotiations, documentation, and compliance
- Manage biospecimen data lifecycle within Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)
- Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables
- Interface with internal and external stakeholders to align on timelines and goals
- Maintain regulatory and ethics documentation in line with BAM procedures
Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences with relevant experience in biospecimen acquisition or biobanking
- Strong knowledge of regulatory standards (FDA/EMA), GCP, ethics, and data privacy
- Experience with stakeholder engagement and project management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Fluent in English (minimum B2 level), with excellent communication and data handling skills
