Electrical Design Engineer Avionics (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Design and develop aircraft electrical systems and modifications from scratch (A to Z)
- Create block diagrams, define modification concepts, select equipment and perform full system integration
- Perform and support ground checks and flight checks
- Work with Visio, SQL-based engineering databases and internal engineering tools (initial training provided during the first two weeks of onboarding)
- Collaborate closely with engineering, quality, certification and other internal stakeholders
Profile
- Experience in aviation electrical design engineering
- Proven hands-on experience in electrical system design (not only review activities)
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory
- Strong experience with Visio is required
- Ideally experienced with aircraft power systems (ATA 25)
- Highly desired knowledge of:
- Airbus OEM systems (CIDS)
- Boeing CSS / Cabin Service Systems
- Strong engineering mindset, structured working style and genuine enthusiasm for aircraft
