Global Logistics Manager (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Ensure global product deliveries are completed on time, in full and in full compliance with regulations
- Manage international distribution, logistics, and trade operations across multiple regions
- Monitor stock availability and execute transfer orders and order-to-cash processes
- Drive performance monitoring to track service levels, logistics KPIs, and supply reliability
- Identify, manage, and resolve operational issues affecting supply chain flow
- Maintain strong, effective communication with internal stakeholders, suppliers, affiliates and external partners
- Optimize transportation, logistics processes, and cost efficiencies while ensuring sustainability and compliance
Profile
- Solid supply chain/logistics experience within the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong working knowledge of SAP MM/SD and global logistics transactions
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Highly data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and act on operational insights
- Strategic agility: able to adapt priorities to changing needs and focus on high-value activities
- Results-oriented, self-accountable professional who consistently drives goals to completion
- Open, constructive feedback culture — seeks input, develops self-awareness, and supports team growth
