Global Supply Chain Drop-Shipping Agent (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Manage OEM purchase orders with global third-party suppliers and ensure accurate execution
- Monitor product availability and on-time delivery, driving corrective actions with suppliers as needed
- Coordinate cross-functional activities between procurement and global supply chain teams
- Manage returns to suppliers, ensuring efficient and compliant reverse logistics processes
- Process and confirm SAP inbound deliveries, including virtual goods receipt and goods issue postings.Monitor system alerts and interfaces, resolving issues and ensuring smooth system operations
- Lead onboarding of third-party suppliers, including coordination, system setup, and compliance alignment
Profile
- Solid experience in supply chain, logistics, or order management processes
- Strong knowledge of SAP SD/MM and analytical tools (Excel, Google Sheets)
- Structured, independent working style with a high level of accountability and ownership
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced global environment
- Effective communicator, able to manage supplier and stakeholder interactions professionally
- Collaborative mindset with experience working across cross-functional teams
- Fluent in English and German, with an open attitude toward new processes and continuous improvement
