IT Analyst (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Analysis of business and technical requirements in a digital banking environment
- Translation of business requirements into technical concepts and specifications
- Definition and documentation of technical software requirements
- Contribution to solution design with regard to architecture, operations, and future business needs
- Design and alignment of REST APIs and business workflows (e.g. Camunda)
- Ensuring a shared understanding between business and IT
- Close collaboration with software engineers, data analysts, and product owners
- Active participation in agile delivery teams (Scrum or Kanban), including refinements and retrospectives
- Use of Jira for ticket and task management
Profile
- Proven experience as an IT Analyst or Requirements Engineer
- Strong technical understanding of modern software architectures
- Experience with agile software development (Scrum / Kanban)
- Knowledge of Microservices, REST APIs, SOA, and PaaS
- Experience with workflow management (e.g. Camunda) is a plus
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Structured, independent working style and strong communication skills
- Very good English skills
- Technical degree is an advantage
