Responsibilities
- Design standardized reporting templates for global and regional performance management using a greenfield, Design Thinking–based approach
- Facilitate the Design Thinking process, including organizing and leading workshops with global stakeholders
- Conduct and synthesize insights from customer interviews to harmonize global and national reporting requirements
Profile
- Deep knowledge in Design Thinking
- Fluent oral and written German and English language skills
- Profound experience as Project Manager
