Process Management Consultant (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Advising on Analysis, definition, and further development of end-to-end processes especially but not only in the towerco tools pplus and tims to define, streamline and optimize processes
- Facilitation of workshops with relevant stakeholders to capture, discuss, and refine process requirements
- Alignment with several stakeholders across functions to ensure process consistency and feasibility
- Documentation and modelling of processes in line with agreed standards and governance requirements
- Integration of processes into the overall process landscape
- Advising on review and approval processes
- Preparation and delivery of process-related trainings and guidance sessions
- Identification of further improvement opportunities in process landscape
Profile
- Deep expertise in process management and process definition
- Understanding of Telco Branch and Processes
- Expertise of project management principles
- Knowledge of BPMN and process modelling
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to structure complex topics
- Fluent German and English
