Responsibilities
- Project management within the Risk & Compliance workstream
- Coordination of meetings, workshops, and alignment sessions
- Preparation of meeting minutes, action items, and decision logs
- Tracking of tasks, milestones, and overall progress
- Maintenance of project folders and document management
- Preparation of status and progress reports
- Support of stakeholder communication
Profile
- Experience in project management / PMO environments
- Structured and independent working style
- Very good communication and organizational skills
- Experience with document management and status reporting
- Understanding of risk & compliance topics is an advantage
- Very good English skills
