Senior ERP Transformation PMO (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Support project managers and workstream leads in day-to-day project management activities (meetings, planning, resourcing, budgeting)
- Ensure project delivery within scope, time, budget, and quality targets
- Set up new projects and support them through phase-gate processes
- Prepare and consolidate project/program reports, dashboards, and decision documents
- Coordinate project communication, documentation, and information flow
- Ensure adherence to project management standards, processes, and compliance requirements
- Participate in planning and execution meetings
- Manage stakeholders and drive adoption of PM methodologies, KPIs, and governance standards
- Support change management and transformation initiatives
- Take ownership of smaller projects or sub-projects when required
Profile
- Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a comparable field, or equivalent experience
- Experience in ERP or transformation programs (e.g. SAP S/4HANA)
- Strong background in IT project management (PMO and/or project leadership)
- Solid knowledge of agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle
- Good understanding of ERP landscapes and end-to-end business processes
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (e.g. Jira)
- Structured, hands-on, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English (German and/or French is a plus)
- Advantageous: PM certification and experience with AI in project management
