Senior IT Business Analyst (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements
- Understand and map as-is and to-be business processes
- Track and document ongoing tasks and project progress
- Identify issues, risks, and benefits of proposed and existing solutions
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses related to operational or system issues
- Support test planning, execution, and implementation activities
- Model business processes and identify opportunities for optimization
- Collaborate closely with developers, business stakeholders, and project teams
Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, IT, or another analytical field
- Solid experience in a similar Business Analyst role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proactive, self-driven, and able to work in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize effectively under pressure
- Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Creative thinker with a collaborative mindset
- Fluent in written and spoken English
