Responsibilities

  • Source and attract qualified candidates for technical and non-technical positions
  • Manage multiple recruitment projects and vacancies simultaneously
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to develop effective sourcing strategies
  • Utilize various sourcing channels to identify and engage passive candidates
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability
  • Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records in the applicant tracking system
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring teams and key stakeholders
  • Use market intelligence and recruitment data to improve sourcing effectiveness
  • Support recruitment-related projects and process improvement initiatives
  • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Profile

  • Fluent German and English language skills (minimum C1 level)
  • Previous experience in recruiting, talent sourcing, or talent acquisition, either in-house or within a staffing/recruitment agency
  • Experience sourcing and assessing technical and/or non-technical talent
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and modern sourcing tools
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and highly motivated working style
  • Adaptability and willingness to embrace new technologies and processes
