Responsibilities
- In this role you will be part of a team of 30 Infrastructure specialists based in Venlo, The Netherlands and Poing, Germany. You will have the opportunity to get in-depth experience in the solution areas Workplace systems and Windows Server systems in a highly professional IT environment. You do so by participating in projects and maintenance and support activities
- Maintenance and support activities for Windows Server systems and underlying technology like Active Directory, Intune and endpoint security
- CPP depends on the availability and performance of our infrastructure solutions. It is our primary task to ensure this according to agreed service levels and agreed price points
- Design of infrastructure roadmaps with maintenance and support perspective that influence application designs
- Project participation in a multidisciplinary technical environment
Profile
- Relevant qualification in the field of IT and 5 years of professional experience in an IT environment
- Good understanding and experience in Microsoft solutions both for Workplace and Server systems
- Windows Server administration (operating system and hardware)
- Windows environment administration, including patch management, ADS, DNS, PowerShell and Azure
- Administration of virtualization platforms
- Administration of Windows-based tools, like Exchange or Intune
- Support and creation of software packages
- Endpoint Security
- Third-level Windows Support
- Team-player / Capable of engaging with internal and external partners and customers
- Good communication skills in English language. German language skills are a plus
