FICO Specialist (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support SAP FICO solutions to meet business requirements and enhance financial reporting
- Manage and optimize complex solutions that are both standard and bespoke, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to financial data and system interfaces
- Conduct data analysis and prepare financial reports to support management decision-making
- Stay updated on SAP FICO best practices, new functionalities, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance
- Provide training and support to end-users and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field
- Solid experience in SAP FICO implementation and support, with a focus on complex interfaces
- Strong understanding of financial processes and reporting requirements
- Experience with integration tools and technologies (e.g., IDoc, BAPIs, RFC) is highly desirable
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
