Senior Function Acceptance Specialist (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Lead Function Acceptance activities for assigned domains, aligned with the Functional Integration Manager and vehicle program
- Drive issue management and resolution across R&D teams and suppliers
- Assess function maturity against the Function Integration Plan at key project milestones
- Prepare sign-off documentation and provide quality approval for function releases
- Support vehicle and system validation to ensure target performance and quality
- Report function status, risks, and mitigation actions to management
- Perform benchmark evaluations to support quality readiness for EU market launches
Profile
- Degree in engineering (electrical, software, mechanical) or equivalent experience
- Solid understanding of vehicle system functions and integration
- Experience with issue management tools and maturity assessment processes
- Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and coordination skills
- Familiarity with automotive development processes such as IATF16949 and global qual-ity frameworks
- Fluent in English
- Valid driver's licence in Germany
