Service Business Officer (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Successfully developed and managed forecasting models to anticipate demand for maintenance and service programs, supporting both sales and operational strategies
- Contributed to financial forecasting and planning, with a focus on annual and medium-term projections
- Prepared comprehensive business cases to optimize fleet operations and reduce lifecycle costs
- Established and continuously improved SAP networks to monitor and manage service-related financials
- Coordinated cross-functional activities within the business aviation team, particularly in the context of business and customer engagement reviews
Profile
- Degree-level education or equivalent, with a solid understanding of business and financial concepts
- Experience in operational fleet simulation, risk assessment, and scenario planning
- Strong technical expertise and/or customer service background, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills (including reporting), enabling effective collaboration across diverse business functions and locations
- Familiarity with Capex (capitalized assets) is an advantage
- High proficiency in IT, especially in MS Excel and comparable applications
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
