VC Specialist (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Develop VC configurator models within the scope of development projects and model them as product structures (PSM-VC) in iQuavis, including the associated object dependencies
- Create, evaluate, and test Super BOMs (Bill of Materials) & routings in SAP iPPE in close cooperation with specialist departments. Maintain low-level object dependencies
- Act as the primary contact person within the business for VC configurators
- Oversee maintenance, support, and further development of our SAP configurator landscape in SAP ECC
Profile
- Completed Studies in the field of mechanical engineering, IT or similar
- Solid hands-on experience with SAP LO-VC (Logistics Variant Configuration) and familiar with the SAP PLM landscape
- Professional experience in data modeling within a PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) environment
- First practical experience in variant management, understanding the complexities of product configuration
- Fluent oral and written English skills, german is beneficial
