Lasernet is entering an important new chapter.

Following the successful divestment of its Public Sector business, the remaining organisation is rebranding to Lasernet Group in 2026. This new name reflects a clear strategic direction: to grow and strengthen the Lasernet platform and continue delivering real value to customers across Dynamics 365, banking, and ERP-driven enterprise markets.

While the name and branding are evolving, the Lasernet platform, roadmap, and customer commitments remain unchanged. What is changing is the ambition: Lasernet Group is accelerating its journey toward a more product-led, SaaS-oriented, and customer-centric organisation.

To help lead this journey, Lasernet Group is creating a new executive role: VP of Products.

As VP of Products, you will own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Lasernet platform, with a strong strategic emphasis on ERP ecosystems.

Reporting directly to the CEO and operating as part of the executive leadership team, you will define how Lasernet Group continues to create value on top of leading ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, and ERP environments used by financial institutions and other complex enterprises.

This is a strategic and visionary product leadership role.
You will look beyond individual releases and features, shaping how Lasernet positions itself as a mission-critical platform within enterprise ERP landscapes, while ensuring the organisation can execute with clarity, quality, and consistency.

As VP of Products, your ERP understanding will be key to shaping how Lasernet continues to act as a reliable, scalable, and value-creating product layer on top of ERP systems, transforming complex enterprise data into trusted, customer-ready communication.

Your key responsibilities

Product vision & ERP-centric strategy
• Define, own, and clearly communicate the product vision and roadmap, aligned with Lasernet Group’s strategic and commercial objectives
• Set the long-term direction for Lasernet’s ERP integrations and partner ecosystem, ensuring continued relevance within Dynamics 365, banking, and broader ERP environments
• Gather and synthesise input from customers, partners, sales, marketing, and product development into a coherent, prioritised product strategy

Product organisation & ways of working
• Define what good product management looks like at Lasernet Group
• Build and shape a scalable product organisation, combining strong internal expertise with selective external hires
• Establish effective product ways of working that balance structure, agility, and transparency — while respecting long-tenured teams and existing knowledge

Executive collaboration & stakeholder alignment
• Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and a key contributor to the executive leadership team
• Build strong relationships across Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Customer Success, Legal, and Commercial functions
• Drive alignment across technical, commercial, and operational stakeholders

Performance & continuous improvement 
• Monitor product performance across revenue, profitability, technical quality, and customer satisfaction
• Develop a deep understanding of customer use cases in ERP-driven and regulated enterprise environments
• Champion fact-based decision-making and continuous improvement across the product portfolio

The role is based in Ballerup with some travel invovled to the UK and Sweden.

You are a senior product leader with strong ERP domain understanding and the ability to think strategically across platforms, ecosystems, and long-term value creation.

We expect that you bring: 

• Proven experience in senior product leadership roles within SaaS or enterprise software
• A strong background in ERP-centric products or ecosystems, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, or ERP environments serving financial institutions
• Experience defining product strategy across integrations, platforms, and partner-driven models
• Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at executive level
• A leadership style that balances vision, empathy, and decisiveness, particularly in organisations with deep legacy and expertise
• Experience working in international, multi-site organisations
