3D Print Farm Production Engineer (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the additive manufacturing setup, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of a 3D printing farm (FDM and SLS technologies)
- Implement structured maintenance routines to enhance system reliability and longevity of equipment due to round-the-clock production
- Drive improvements in manufacturing processes, focusing on output quality, scalability, and operational efficiency
- Lead and coordinate a small team of approximately three 3D printing specialists, providing guidance and direction in daily operations
- Continuously refine slicing configurations to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and support high-volume production goals
- Ensure highly consistent print output, with a strong emphasis on precision so that all produced components are reliably compatible and interchangeable
Profile
- Strong expertise in managing print farms and working with monitoring tools (e.g., Bambu Lab ecosystem or similar platforms)
- Proven experience optimizing slicing strategies for high-throughput manufacturing with minimal waste
- Familiar with high-precision production to ensure a high level of accuracy in 3D printing parts with zero alterations needes
- Due to legal requirements, EU citizenship is mandatory
- Fluent oral and written English skills

Salary information
- Depending on the level of experience, the salary range is between €50.000 and €70.000 per year
