Production Operator (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Perform production tasks across facilities while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and cGMP quality standards
- Identify, interpret, and resolve deviations in production processes to maintain efficiency and quality
- Execute production steps with precision, including documentation, calculations, and reporting
- Support onboarding and training of new team members to strengthen team knowledge and performance
Profile
- Completed education in chemistry or biopharmaceuticals (vocational training, degree, or equivalent)
- Professional experience in pharmaceutical production as an operator, technician, or similar role
- Strong safety awareness and commitment to regulatory compliance
- Knowledge of process engineering and production workflows
- Fluent English skills; German proficiency is an advantage
