System Engineer (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Develop, refine, and maintain the system specification for a sensor tracking system
- Create and evolve SysML models using Cameo
- Perform requirements engineering, including analysis, clarification, and documentation of system requirements
- Prepare test concepts, write test procedures, and later execute tests based on the specification
- Gradually take on tasks in system concept development and overall system architecture
- Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes and documentation quality
- Develop stabilization and control algorithms for mechatronic platforms in a defense-related project. From MATLAB/Simulink modeling to lab and field testing, you’ll bring models into real-world application and collaborate with embedded and systems teams
Profile
- Experience in requirements engineering
- Experience with MATLAB for analysis tasks
- Practical experience in systems engineering for complex systems
- Knowledge of SysML; Cameo experience is a strong advantage
- Affinity with sensor systems, ideally radar, tracking sensors, navigation sensors, or related technologies
- Strong MATLAB/Simulink and control/kinematics background
- Fluent English (German optional)
