Talent Acquisition Partner (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for national and international roles across multiple business units
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure effective hiring strategies
- Take full ownership of the interview and selection process until successful placement
- Prepare, align, and negotiate employment offers and guide candidates through contract closure
- Act as a trusted advisor to candidates throughout the entire recruiting process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Collaborate with HR interfaces, business units, and employee representative bodies (e.g. works councils)
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and collective agreements / Develop and implement target group-specific sourcing strategies
- Utilize modern recruiting channels and active sourcing techniques / Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruiting events
- Participate in national and international HR and recruiting projects / Drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes
- Coordinate external recruiting partners and service providers
- Represent the company at career fairs, onboarding activities, and HR events
Profile
- University degree in Human Resources or comparable qualification
- Experience in end-to-end recruiting or executive search, ideally in an industrial environment
- Experience working with employee representative bodies (e.g. works councils) and collective agreements (preferred)
- Initial exposure to international recruiting or global hiring processes
- Strong knowledge of modern recruiting channels and active sourcing
- Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical and candidate assessment skills
- High level of interpersonal sensitivity and communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management and engagement capabilities
Benefits
- Working hours: 40 hours per week
- Start date: Immediately
- Contract duration: Until December 31, 2026 (extension possible)
- Salary level: EG10
