Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for national and international roles across multiple business units
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure effective hiring strategies
  • Take full ownership of the interview and selection process until successful placement
  • Prepare, align, and negotiate employment offers and guide candidates through contract closure
  • Act as a trusted advisor to candidates throughout the entire recruiting process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Collaborate with HR interfaces, business units, and employee representative bodies (e.g. works councils)
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and collective agreements / Develop and implement target group-specific sourcing strategies
  • Utilize modern recruiting channels and active sourcing techniques / Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruiting events
  • Participate in national and international HR and recruiting projects / Drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes
  • Coordinate external recruiting partners and service providers
  • Represent the company at career fairs, onboarding activities, and HR events

Profile

  • University degree in Human Resources or comparable qualification
  • Experience in end-to-end recruiting or executive search, ideally in an industrial environment
  • Experience working with employee representative bodies (e.g. works councils) and collective agreements (preferred)
  • Initial exposure to international recruiting or global hiring processes
  • Strong knowledge of modern recruiting channels and active sourcing
  • Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
  • Strong analytical and candidate assessment skills
  • High level of interpersonal sensitivity and communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and engagement capabilities

Benefits
