Responsibilities

  • Re-design and mature the IAM role model (business roles, birthright access, build a proper role hierarchy with technical and business roles)
  • Lead role mining and role engineering workshops with business stakeholders and align the role model to the business requirements and organization
  • Define the Mover process business requirements, automation rules, and drive the implementation
  • Coordinate the definition of Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies and toxic access combinations
  • Define and implement access review and recertification processes based on application criticality and risk
  • Establish ownership and governance for applications, roles, and entitlements (to complete the existing view)
  • Act as liaison between business teams, application owners, compliance, and IAM technical teams

Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, or a related field
  • Solid Experience in Identity & Access Management, IAM Governance, or Information Security
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing RBAC models, including business roles and role engineering
  • Experience defining and improving Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes
  • Experience facilitating workshops with business stakeholders and application owners
  • Knowledge of IAM governance concepts, including SoD, access reviews, least privilege, and role lifecycle management
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and business process modelling skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving business, IT, security, and compliance/risk teams
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
