Responsibilities
- Analysis of existing processes with a focus on roles, workflows, responsibilities, and decision-making paths
- Assessment of collaboration and examination of the interfaces between teams and partners
- Identification of process gaps and uncovering historical data gaps, unclear responsibilities, and inefficient workflows
- Structured identification of risks, bottlenecks, and recurring problems
- Prioritization of measures: Evaluation based on business impact, urgency, and feasibility
- Consulting on a governance framework: Clear roles, responsibilities, quality standards, and control mechanisms
- Stakeholder management: Facilitation, coordination, and ensuring the flow of communication
Profile
- Experience with complex platform ecosystems, ideally in e-commerce or marketplace environments
- Expertise in data governance and data-driven processes
- Strong analytical and organizational skills for identifying and prioritizing gaps
- Experience in stakeholder management across various hierarchical levels
- Change management expertise to support the transformation
- Strong communication skills in German and English
