Responsibilities
- Drive meetings with external software developers to ensure delivery of new software tools in line with planned objectives
- Utilize in-house software solutions and data science methodologies for data analysis
- Plan, coordinate, and execute work packages within the assigned area of responsibility
- Report progress and proactively escalate issues or risks to the team
- Collaborate with cross-functional experts across disciplines, departments, and countries
- Support alignment and communication between technical and scientific stakeholders
- Design, plan, and perform experiments using LC/MS systems
- Analyze and interpret experimental data and document results accordingly
- Ensure compliance with GMP, quality, and safety standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and workflows
Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in natural sciences, medical engineering, bioinformatics, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of data science tools and programming languages such as Python or R
- Hands-on laboratory experience
- Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in handling and analyzing complex datasets
- Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
- Strong communication and teamwork skills in an international environment
- Familiarity with interdisciplinary collaboration between IT and laboratory environments
