Responsibilities

  • Drive meetings with external software developers to ensure delivery of new software tools in line with planned objectives
  • Utilize in-house software solutions and data science methodologies for data analysis
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute work packages within the assigned area of responsibility
  • Report progress and proactively escalate issues or risks to the team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional experts across disciplines, departments, and countries
  • Support alignment and communication between technical and scientific stakeholders
  • Design, plan, and perform experiments using LC/MS systems
  • Analyze and interpret experimental data and document results accordingly
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, quality, and safety standards
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and workflows

Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in natural sciences, medical engineering, bioinformatics, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of data science tools and programming languages such as Python or R
  • Hands-on laboratory experience
  • Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Experience in handling and analyzing complex datasets
  • Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills in an international environment
  • Familiarity with interdisciplinary collaboration between IT and laboratory environments
