Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to production in the field of electrical engineering as part of a strategic railway vehicle modernization project
  • Implement technical requirements and specifications within the production environment
  • Create, maintain, and further develop work instructions, quality checklists, and technical documentation for electrical vehicle systems
  • Collaborate closely with development teams, production staff, system engineers, fleet managers, and other project stakeholders
  • Provide technical support for the introduction of new production processes and activities at the site
  • Qualify, evaluate, and implement new industrial production equipment and manufacturing facilities
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues within the production environment
  • Ensure the proper implementation of electrical modifications and modernization measures on railway vehicles
  • Act as the technical interface between production, engineering, and project management
  • Actively contribute to a strategically important vehicle modernization project

Profile

  • Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, or a comparable technical discipline (e.g., Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering)
  • Experience in the technical environment of vehicles, railway vehicles, or industrial manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, control systems, drive systems, and technical documentation
  • Experience in preparing work instructions, checklists, specifications, and technical documentation
  • Good understanding of quality management as well as industrial manufacturing and production processes
  • Experience working with various stakeholders in technical project environments
  • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Excellent French language skills, both written and spoken (minimum C1 level)
  • Good German language skills, both written and spoken (minimum B2 level)
