Ingenieur Elektrotechnik Schienenfahrzeuge (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to production in the field of electrical engineering as part of a strategic railway vehicle modernization project
- Implement technical requirements and specifications within the production environment
- Create, maintain, and further develop work instructions, quality checklists, and technical documentation for electrical vehicle systems
- Collaborate closely with development teams, production staff, system engineers, fleet managers, and other project stakeholders
- Provide technical support for the introduction of new production processes and activities at the site
- Qualify, evaluate, and implement new industrial production equipment and manufacturing facilities
- Analyze and resolve technical issues within the production environment
- Ensure the proper implementation of electrical modifications and modernization measures on railway vehicles
- Act as the technical interface between production, engineering, and project management
- Actively contribute to a strategically important vehicle modernization project
Profile
- Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, or a comparable technical discipline (e.g., Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering)
- Experience in the technical environment of vehicles, railway vehicles, or industrial manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, control systems, drive systems, and technical documentation
- Experience in preparing work instructions, checklists, specifications, and technical documentation
- Good understanding of quality management as well as industrial manufacturing and production processes
- Experience working with various stakeholders in technical project environments
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Excellent French language skills, both written and spoken (minimum C1 level)
- Good German language skills, both written and spoken (minimum B2 level)
