Project Manager - Cyber Security (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the implementation of regulatory requirements, particularly related to the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) and NIS2
- Develop and manage roadmaps, governance concepts, and implementation plans
- Translate complex regulatory requirements into practical business processes and controls
- Perform gap assessments, risk analyses, and maturity evaluations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, Product Development, Compliance, Legal, Quality Management, and Security functions
- Prepare management presentations, steering committee materials, and executive reports
- Support internal and external audits and ensure regulatory readiness
- Facilitate decision-making processes and stakeholder alignment across the organization
- Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on business operations
Profile
- Degree or comparable qualification in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Risk Management, Compliance, or a related field
- Professional experience in project, program, or transformation management
- Experience in regulated industries or regulatory environments is advantageous
- Knowledge of Cyber Security, Information Security, CRA, NIS2, ISO 27001, or OT Security is considered a plus but is not mandatory
- Proven ability to quickly understand complex topics and translate them into practical solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience presenting to senior management and executive audiences
- Fluent English skills; German language skills are beneficial
