Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in day-to-day operations, ensuring a reliable and efficient service experience
  • Coordinate delivery processes in collaboration with logistics providers, suppliers and customers
  • Support credit assessments, credit line reviews and credit limit monitoring in cooperation with internal stakeholders
  • Work closely with the sales team to manage existing business activities and support new business transactions
  • Handle import and export operations, including the preparation and management of relevant documentation
  • Maintain and update master data with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ensure proper filing and administration of business-related records and documentation
  • Independently manage operational issues and coordinate solutions with relevant stakeholders
  • Adhere to internal policies, procedures and compliance requirements

Profile

  • Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification in business administration, international trade or a related field
  • Experience in customer service, supply chain operations, import/export, sales support or back-office functions is advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills in both English
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications; experience with ERP systems is considered a plus
  • Service-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
  • Reliable, proactive and solution-driven approach to work
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
  • Eagerness to learn, develop and take on new responsibilities
