Senior LMS Strategy and SuccessFactors Consultant (m/f/d)
Project information
- SAP SuccessFactors Learning has been live for approximately one year and the technical implementation has already been completed. The focus of this assignment is not to implement the LMS, but to take over an LMS Strategy & Governance framework that is approximately 80% complete, finalize it and translate it into a sustainable global operating model.
Responsibilities
- Finalize and enhance the global LMS Strategy & Governance framework based on the existing foundation
- Beyond completing the strategy, define the implementation approach, governance structure, communication and adoption plan, and support the successful rollout of the strategic framework across the organization.
- Deliver practical, business-oriented and implementation-ready solutions that can be embedded into day-to-day operations
- Support the adoption and integration of LMS governance across global HR, Learning & Development, and business functions
- Coach and mentor the Global LMS Manager while providing guidance to the global LMS administrator community
- Ensure structured knowledge transfer, business continuity, and successful organizational transition during the handover phase
Profile
- Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Personalwesen oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet; eine Zertifizierung im Projektmanagement ist von Vorteil
- Umfangreiche Erfahrung in den Bereichen LMS-Strategie, Governance, Lernarchitektur und Projektmanagement
- Fundierte Fachkenntnisse in SAP SuccessFactors Learning und globalen Lernmanagementsystem-Umgebungen
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von Governance-Rahmenwerken, Betriebsmodellen und Lernsystemstrategien in internationalen Organisationen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Stakeholder-Management, Change Management, Wissenstransfer sowie Coaching und Mentoring
- Geschäftsfließendes Englisch und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch, kombiniert mit einer pragmatischen, praxisorientierten und lösungsorientierten Herangehensweise
