Senior PLM Expert (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Projectlead and management of a complex PLM transformation project
- Alignment of the PLM strategy with business objectives and digital roadmap
- Optimizeing processes including requirements management, BOM and BOP management, variant/configuration management, and change management
- Driving integration between PLM and ERP systems
- Managing external implementation partners and stakeholders
- Alignment with enterprise architecture to ensure scalability & compliance
- Solution validation, testing, and implementation when required
Profile
- Profound knowledge of PLM systems and their strategic implementation
- Relevant and in-depth experience in process optimization within PLM including requirements, BOM/BOP, variant, and change management
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and their integration with PLM
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and coordinate multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills with fluent English
