IT Supporter (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support to end users via phone, email, ticketing system, and on-site assistance
- Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory and support various business applications, including ERP systems
- Install, replace, and configure PCs, perform data migrations, and assist with larger hardware rollout projects
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues to ensure smooth daily operations
Profile
- Experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, or End User Support
- Hands-on experience with ticketing systems, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent in English and French with strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- German and/or Turkish language skills are considered a strong advantage
- Service-oriented, proactive, and eager to support users in a dynamic environment
