Process manager for European-wide transformation (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Adapt corporate processes to fit international and European regulatory and operational requirements
- Support the shift from traditional Wholesale Banking to a more future-oriented Business Banking model
- Develop a scalable European operating model with global integration points
- Identify digitalization opportunities across end-to-end corporate banking processes
- Drive outsourcing strategy and execution (Germany / international hubs)
- Ensure capability mapping, risk assessment, and transition planning
- Support change management and communication across countries
- Develop clear consulting-style presentations and transformation storylines
- Think ahead: identify future requirements and next phases of the transformation journey.
- Manage senior-level stakeholders across Germany and Europe
Profile
- Experience in banking transformation, corporate banking, or consulting
- Expertise in Wholesale / Business Banking environments
- Proven ability to manage international stakeholders
- Experience in outsourcing, digital transformation, and operating model design
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to act hands-on when needed
- Strong leadership skills and team motivation capabilities
- Ability to work hybrid, with presence in Frankfurt every second week
- Global mindset and future-oriented thinking (“thinking ahead”)
