Change Communications Support (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Lead organizational transformation and strategic internal site communications
- Manage external communication requests and prepare external communication activities through the transformation phase
- Drive change communication initiatives aligned with site and enterprise priorities
- Interface with the Site Leader and the Site Leadership Team as the Communication Lead
- Mentor and guide a local team member to build capability in business partnering and change and strategic communications
Profile
- Solid experience in corporate communications, ideally in pharma and manufacturing environments
- Proven expertise in Change Communications and transformation projects
- Strong ability to develop messaging, narratives, and campaigns for large-scale organizational change
- Skilled in stakeholder management and collaboration with senior leaders
- Fluency in English and (Swiss) German (written and spoken)
