My duties
  • Responsible for managing the immigration process of staff on a case-to-case basis for all types of residence permits compliant to swiss regulations
  • Supporting the HR Department, Line Managers and employees in regards to HR related topics
  • Provide customer service on HR related activities, such as inquiry resolution, request management, and troubleshooting
  • Identify process improvement and supporting projects in the Employee Life Cycle environment 
My qualifications
  • Commercial training and a Swiss federal vocational certificate in HR or a similar degree
  • Work experience in HR Administration or Operations preferably with focus on immigration or with Swiss labor law
  • Good knowledge of SAP HR or Workday, experience with ticketing tools is benificial
  • Fluent in German and English, French or Italian is a advantageous
