Manufacturing Supporter Professional (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Training contact and LMS (SFLMS) administrator; record, assign, schedule, and report training
- Maintain training matrix and curricula; ensure role-based training compliance
- Support managers with ILP set-up, job description and training alignment
- Review and approve batch records, GMP documents, and controlled forms
- Draft, revise, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and training docs
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, deviation reporting, CAPA, and audits
- Support tech transfer, process validation, and integration of new processes
- Optimize PCS (Process Control Systems) and MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems)
- Collaborate with Engineering, QA, MSAT, and Supply Chain
- Analyze deviations and provide technical guidance for process improvements
Profile
- Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Process Engineering, or related field
- Solid experience in pharma/biotech operations under GM
- Strong knowledge of biotech/sterile processes and production equipment
- Hands-on experience with MES, PCS, and electronic batch records
- Expertise in GMP documentation, training management, and technical writing
- Experience in tech transfer and process validation
- Solid understanding of EU GMP, FDA, ICH guidelines
- Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma or similar process improvement tools
- Fluent in English; German advantageous
