


- You analyse the market as well as external and internal company data, identify potentials and create forecasts
- You work closely with team-internal specialists (analytics, UX, content, IT, search engine marketing)
- You analyse customer requirements with active development of architecture and solution specialists in close exchange with the team and business unit.
- You coordinate your analysis with a variety of internal stakeholders with specialized knowledge and interests
- You specify and document solutions with an end-to-end view
- You translate business requirements into IT requirements by writing user stories
- You collaborate in an agile environment. You support the product owner together with the virtual team to create value
- You define and test acceptance criteria for new functionalities
- You support the Product Manager in project management and controlling
- Profound experience as a business analyst preferably in the insurance environment
- Strong analytical and organizational talent with strong communications skills
- Passionate about building great products and solving customer and business problems in a team
- Understanding of living & home products and services, especially in the digital insurer context
- Working knowledge of Agile principles (Scrum/Kanban)
- Curious to understand business needs and processes end-to-end
- Inquisitive, able to challenge effectively and manage conflicting stakeholder needs
- Preferably excellent written and spoken German and English skills
