


- Design and build a highly scalable Unity based platform to run thousand of scientific simulations reaching millions of students and teachers globally with a team of passionate professionals
- Supporting new target platforms (such as mobile) or technical challenges like the requirements to further reduce loading times, require a strong lead to ensure we stay up to date with the underlying technology
- Oversee the development of Labster’s custom EDU XML language, ensuring consistency and backward compatibility
- Continuously lead technology, architecture and process upgrades of Labsters award winning platform (e.g. transition towards Unity Tiny, DOTS)
- Be the company's Unity and C# development authority
- Work directly with the founder and platform lead to engineer cutting-edge solutions
- Help bring overall Unity development across Labster’s engineering teams to the next level and work closely with a passionate remote engineering team of +20 engineers and DevOps globally
- Play a critical part in realizing Labster’s long-term grand vision of creating the world’s most popular online platform for building and playing high quality immersive learning simulations
- Solid experience with Unity3D and C#
- Portfolio of high-quality interactive Unity games or Unity apps
- In-depth understanding of good UX in 3D interactive experiences
- Strong team player working collaboratively in larger teams
- Experience coaching and mentoring other Unity developers
