My duties
  • Participate at the company growth by dealing with all client demands for multiple international markets 
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by phone, e-mail, fax etc. 
  • Handle customer enquiries (pricing, stock availability, delays, short shipments, etc.) and specific customer requests 
  • Manage customer claims such as picking errors, damaged goods or pricing discrepancies 
  • Work closely with Finance department on payment status. 
  • Update customer database in ERP and CRM (contact, billing and payment information).
My qualifications
  • Proven experience in Customer service/care, order processing or equivalent
  • Proficiency/ C2 level in Portuguese and English (oral and written); Spanish and French are a plus
  • Good working knowledge of Sales Force, SAP or Oracle 
  • Proven knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook 
  • Outgoing and team oriented
  • Organized, able to multi-task
  • Able to work in a dynamic environment and work with deadlines
  • Motivated to work in customer service and to ensure customer satisfaction
