My duties
  • You will be a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, taking responsibility for the full end-to-end recruitment
  • Responsability for international process applications and interacting with candidates actively as well as collaborating with key stakeholders worldwide
  • You will support the growth of the company through active sourcing of best-in-class talent and being a strong ambassador for the brand
  • Partner with international stakeholders to identify needs and gaps for leadership roles, diversity and other strategic talent segments
  • Design, develop, implement and evaluate a best-in-class candidate experience 
My qualifications
  • Work experience in recruitment in a global environment
  • Previous experience within Banking/Investments
  • Excellent communication skills and understanding of working internationally as well as a strong sense of cultural sensitivity
  • Broad understanding of state-of-the-art talent acquisition and selection methods and techniques
  • Fluent written and oral English skills, additional languages are highly desirable
  • Previous experience within the Banking/Investments/Finance sector highly desirable
